Directory Setup

Create these directories, accessible by wwwrun:

/srv/www/dopevan/html
/srv/www/dopevan/cgi-bin

Create this file with /usr/sbin/htpasswd2 (owned by wwwrun.www, mode 600):

/srv/www/dopevan/passfile

This log file will be created by Apache:

/var/log/apache2/dopevan_errors.log

Apache Setup

 Include /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/dopevan.conf
